Upperhills Loft SZ
Shenzhen, Guangdong, China // 深圳, 广东, 中国
2025 // 330 sqm

Located on the 55th floor of Upperhills Twin Towers, overlooking Shenzhen's Futian CBD, this loft has generous spaces and stunning views towards all directions.
Conceived as a personal studio and second home for a design lover and art collector, our intention was to preserve the brutalist effect of the raw concrete envelope, turning the space into a three-dimensional canvas for hosting beautiful pieces of furniture and art pieces.
Aiming at achieving a simple and minimal yet sophisticated environment, the main material palette pairing with the raw concrete consists of wood parquet, glass partitions with metal frames, corten metal surfaces for custom furniture, and some marble finishes for the bathrooms.
“This space shall be able to transform over time and adapt to new configurations, or the presence of new objects.. Therefore we conceived this loft as a three-dimensional blank raw canvas”.
