Chengdu, China // 成都, 中国
2016 // 800 sqm
A minimalistic and stylish atmosphere is created by blending the existing concrete structure left visible and raw with an additional layer of warm and more cozy wooden details, especially placed in the most used areas: the main passage floor, the bar counter desk and shelving, the dining cocoons, the cladding cubes on the columns, the overall furniture, and minor details in the kitchen area.
The use of cubic shapes and orthogonal extrusions and niches, is providing a general feeling of deconstructed space, enriched and enhanced by the use of industrial elements and lighting.
